Property Maintenance

We will keep your repair expenses to a minimum. Any work required will be done by qualified, experienced professionals. We have to get your approval for any repair exceeding $200.00, except in cases of emergency when we are unable to locate you. This is sometimes necessary when time is of the essence and repairs must be performed immediately to prevent further damage to your home or additional unnecessary expense.

Because of the amount of repair work we order, we have learned who to use. We only do business with qualified, reasonably priced companies.

We know what jobs should cost, how they should be done and how long they should take to be completed.

The volume of our business gives us leverage to insist that jobs be done right.
